How to Copy Notes from Ended Subjects to New Subjects

If the data to be collected is in "Ended Subjects" and you wish to submit it in a new class, such as a spring break assignment that crosses over from one academic year to the next, please have students copy their notebook data from "Ended Subjects" to the new class and submit it there.

How to copy Notes from Ended Subjects

Select subjects with assignments to be submitted from "Ended Subjects"

Select "Ended Subjects" at the bottom of the list of classes, choose the year, and open the appropriate class.

Copy the Notes with the necessary data from the list of Notes for Ended Subjects.

To Copy Multiple Notes in A Batch

Select "Copy" from the "..." in the upper right corner of the Note list screen.

Select the Note you wish to copy.

To Copy Only A Specific Note

You can "copy" by selecting the "..." to the right of the Note name

For Windows/Chromebook Users

Select "Copy" from the "..." in the upper right corner.

Select Classes for the New Year to Copy to

If you press "Copy" and select a new year's class as the copy destination, the previous Notes will be copied.
